1-on-1 Coaching & Buddy Training

If you really want to fast track your training goals, or if you are recovering from an injury, you can’t go past one-on-one coaching.

Online tailored periodisation programs

We offer periodisation programs for runners, cyclists, triathletes, multisport and adventure race participants and other sports.

Running Group

Running group sessions are scheduled around Hobart and are designed to allow people of all fitness levels to participate.

Strength and Conditioning Class

These sessions will aim to improve body strength and muscle tone.

Corporate and Team Training and Events

We offer training and event packages for your employees and clients.

I have studied sports training extensively and have a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science, a Bachelor of Physical Education and a Masters degree in Sports Training.
